Change background color of current day on calendar.
When I open the calendar daily, I would like to see the current day bolded in the background of the calendar box.

task completed/appointment calendar
It would be great to be able to see task and calendar appts. still visible on calendar after being completed. Also, possibly adding feature to indicate if they were completed (maybe with different color).

Recurring meetings and synching issue
Recurring meetings and syncing issue.
I just called the help desk along with the owner of the company. When a recurring meeting is scheduled through Outlook, it is not populating or syncing with the Redtail calendar. Even doing a manual sync will not help. According to the rep we spoke with, this is a known issue that Redtail is NOT willing to fix. That is disappointing to hear as we feel that Redtail doesn't care for their clients, even though our rep said they did. If they cared about their clients, they would offer a discount for their product's inadequacy…3 votes -

By being able to print what you see on the calendar with no changes being added.
Please do not include linked contact at the beginning of a template being used on calendar. What we put & see on the schedule should be what is printed. Also, it only adds the contact name at the beginning if there is just one. If multiple contacts are listed, nothing is put there, only making the printout more inconsistent. We add the client name to the subject line so that it appears on the schedule when we look at it. Otherwise you have to hover over each appointment during the day to see the name of the client coming in. …

Better Details When Hovering On Activity On Calendar
I was looking at what additional information showed up when you hover over an activity and the only new info was the attendee. For most people they only see their own calendars so that was obvious. It'd be more helpful if we could see the activity description when we hover as well as the activity type (in case we haven't memorized what each color means) and category.

Multi calendar option
I am writing because I work for 3 advisors and I'd like to make a suggestion. Do you think it would ever be possible to be able to have multiple calendar views at a time? Being that I work for 3 separate advisors, it would be nice if I could open a calendar tab per advisor as to better manage their schedules. Currently when ever you open a new tab the calendar automatically syncs to one view and you have to keep changing advisor per need. It would be nice to be able to have multiple calendars at once.

Automated Scheduler Integration for Calendar
The Calendar Needs to be compatable with an Automated Scheduler Application like Calendly.
This would save a lot of time and allow clients and prospects to book themselves, be sent Zoom Invites Automatically with their confirmation and also be sent meeting reminders.

Calendar Activity with Built in Travel Time
Travel Time button in a task. When you click it, you input how much travel time you need so when you make an offsite appointment, the travel time is part of your calendar appointment. This way you don't have to create 2 additional task for the before and after appointment.

Reverse Mistakes made in Calendar
It's easy make a mistake when doing a bulk reschedule. I did and couldn't get the mistake reversed after calling in to redtail because it takes a long time, probably a week or so, to request a backup. This should be able to be done right away with a call. It's simply reversing the calendar to what it was an hour ago or a day ago

Checkbox within the Appointment Task for “Appointment Confirmed” & include By User
It would be nice if there was a checkbox within the Appointment Task for “Appointment Confirmed” & include By: and Date Confirmed.

Undo calendar item move or have movement history
Currently in week view or day view on the calendar, an activity/task/appointment/etc can be moved with the mouse without having to go in and manually edit the item, this can be very convenient BUT if it is accidentally moved there is no way to know what the original time was. It would be great to have an undo move function, or a way to track the history of the previous time/date of the item.

Set Activity Availability on Calendar
This is primarily for purposes for integrating the Redtail calendar with scheduling apps like Calendly.
It would be nice to be able to set the "Availability" for activities as Free, Tentative, or Busy like Outlook has with their "Show As" option.
Currently, any Tasks or other activity types that sync between Redtail and Outlook show up as Busy in Outlook and need to be manually changed to Free if it's meant to be a reminder or something that can be moved around, otherwise it makes that time spot unavailable for Calendly scheduling.

Create option to "freeze" the 'all day' row
Please add the ability to "Freeze" the "all day" row in the calendar so that it holds at the top of the calendar even when scrolling to later times in the day. When scheduling for multiple users later in the day (so that you are unable to see the "all day" row), it is easy to forget when people are out of the office, it's a holiday, people are working from home, etc... If that row were frozen, far fewer scheduling mishaps would occur!!

custom dates in Action area
I would like the custom dates to be fillable.... not toggle on the calendar to set. We set ours from 2014-2035 to be sure we can view all upcoming and past actions in case we have an action we missed.
clicking through month by month to set parameters is time consuming.

Calendar Event Color Option for all Users
At our office we have one financial advisor but multiple people making appointments for that advisor at any given time so we all share the same event colors. Being that we have twenty events/colors we use, it would be so much more convenient if we could have a default option to make the colors the same colors for all users rather than manually selecting colors for each user, especially when we add a new user.

In an appointment there should be a hyperlink for the phone number so you can just hit it and it will dial. Other calendars have it.
In all of the other calendars we have used, when you add a phone number to the appointment, you can just click on it and it will dial.
